Made in collaboration with a real estate company, this application became one of the best solutions to the daily problems that the real estate agents and company staff face everyday.

ImobVision features:

  • complete management of the offers/requests of sales and rentals with a powerfull search engine covering almost any field you could think of searching for
  • quick searches suitable for the daily newspaper checks with alerts for know company numbers
  • powerfull privileges system backed by an extensive log with undo capabilities
  • support for an unlimited number of images foreach offer in the database with slideshow function for client presentations
  • configurable antiduplicate system which prevents users from cluttering the database
  • many extensions which activate support for automatic currency rate check, internal messaging, ftp backup, map localisation of the records, autocomplete feature for streets & addreses
  • backup engine which prevents you from less fortunate events
  • extensively configurable with over 100 settings covering from display preferences to field level configuration
  • scalable design capable of serving many workstations which can phisicaly be anywhere
  • web based interface usable on any OS with a decent web browser

For the real estate companies there’s an extended presentation of the program in Romanian. I’m available for on site live demonstration if you’re located in Bucharest/Constanta (Romania) or I can setup a demo installation onthe web for you to test the program.

Personal note: This application started as a collaboration between me and a good friend of mine, but as of a very early alpha version (it only had apartments management for example) he ceased to develop it and I was pushed to rethink & rewrite the whole code base. Currently the “beast” weights approximately 3500 lines of engine code and almost 1,3 MB when installed with all the features.
Nowadays this application runs in a couple of Constanta’s real estate companies and the friend I’we written above provides them with technical support. I’m still adding new features and fixing bugs as they appear.
A webdesign company in Constanta, GoGo Promotions, where the above friend worked for a few months now offers ImobVision version 1.3.12 (a relatively old version) as their own product by removing the logo and the contact details without our approval. If you bought the program from them and you are not provided with technical support , wish to make sure you have the latest version, they presented the program as their own or feel you have been ripped please contact me (contact details are available at the top of this page).

This program is currently available only in romanian, if you have a proposal to translate it in other languages do not hesitate to contact me.

Intercapital Start

Launched in february 2005, I took over develoment in november 2005, continuously extended
complex financial instruments analysis system
Technologies used: html / css / ajax / php / mysql / live data feeds / webpage parsing / SOAP
Intercapital Start is considered a top notch analysis system for the Romanian financial instruments market.
The information available to the users include but is not limited to: company presentations, extensive analysis and valuation indicators, comparison and search tools, news, official documents, graphs, forums, trading history and other complex valuation and analysis tools for Bucharest Stock Exchange listed shares, unlisted and Rasdaq traded stocks, corporate and municipal bonds, mutual funds, indices, derivatives and subscription rights traded in Romania.
The system as a whole and its features are closely directed by Razvan Pasol. My job was to extend the BSE listed shares module and develop all the other modules. The whole analysis engine is implemented object oriented and the interface is template based.

I’m a young, open minded, web programmer eager to meet and surpass new challenges, be it a complex intranet application or a large scale website. I rely on technologies like PHP, MySQL and SQLite on the server and HTML, CSS and JavaScript on the client. I strive to find the optimal solution to every problem and always consider better alternatives if they prove feasible.

Starting 2002 I developed backends/frontends for several web applications and websites (some of them beeing listed below). It also provided outsourcing services for several software development and design/advertising agencies. The projects beeing outsourced implied frontend (CSS/JavaScript) / backend (PHP/MySQL) work for non-governmental organizations, legal advisors and tourism agencies.
